Power Curber Slipform Pavers

Slipform machines produce a much stronger product than common ram, paddle and screw compacted Kerb.  Slipform machines are capable of handling varied terrain and mould profiles.

There are four sizes of Power Curber Slipform machines available; the 3500, 5500-B, 5700-B and the 8700.  The 5700-B has been the most popular mid-sized slipformer machine in the world since its introduction in 1994.  Its capability to trim sub-grade (base) and slipform on one pass makes if efficient to operate without any wasted concrete from variable grade levels.  The 5700-B can slip form kerb and gutter, footpaths, barriers, irrigation channels and stadium risers.

Key operating features on most Power Curber Pavers:

·          Trim and Pour in one pass

·          Low Centre of Gravity

·          Transports at legal widths

·          Kerb can be placed in a 600mm internal radius without need to extend track placement.

·          Sidewalk up to 1.83m wide in the offset position and 2.43m wide when paving in the centre of the paver.

·          Barrier up to 1.2m high.

·          Travel speed up to 31m / min, paving up to 15m / min.
